Coffman and Co was amazing. They were quick to respond to our call that our heater was out. While diagnosing the problem, they sent a second technician to confirm the issue and immediately explained the solution. A new motor was needed so they left for an hour to pick it up, returned, installed it, explained what was wrong, also informed us that the damage could have been caused by a surge in electricity and that we should consider adding a surge protector in the future. Our technician, Remy, did a very thorough write up explaining the situation and the solution and left without a trace. He was friendly, polite, and very thorough. We'd recommend them to everyone!

I’ve been with Coffman heating and cooling for over 12 years and once again, as always, they responded quickly to my call today when our heat went out. As always they sent out a fantastic technician. Clayton was thorough and quickly diagnosed and fixed our furnace problem so that heat was restored at a minimal price. I’m writing this review because I always get consistently quality service at a good price and I think other people need to know who they can rely on.

Coffman & Co has been extremely helpful with our recent furnace problem. Clayton, as the on-call technician, came out after hours in a snow storm to diagnosis the problem and offer recommendations on how best to resolve the problem. Based on the age of the furnace and the cost to repair, we decided to replace the whole unit. Coffman had a sales rep at our house first thing the next day and the whole unit replaced before the end of the day. The technicians were very thorough, explained all of the steps and process and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was complete.

Coffman and Company's plumber Tom is super! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, respectful and professional. He showed up in a timely matter, knew how to make the needed repairs for my house, also gave me some great direction on work areas he couldn't do for me, and gave me names of other resources to use to help me in those areas. Really a gentleman, and I will definitely be using him again for future work. So nice to work with someone that I felt was honest, and that I felt I trusted.. I've also worked with other staff, from the admin. end to the technicians related to AC/Furnace and couldn't be happier with their wonderful customer service. Just a really great company. So, so glad I found them. Kudos to you all.

Everyone from the initial contact person to the installer and his assistant has been 100% professional, courteous, informative, friendly and just great people. We've dealt with the office manager, her assistant, the Sales Manager, service manager and the young men who actually did the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. The electrician, a contract company employee was also great. We couldn't be more pleased. I will highly recommend Coffman and the entire staff to anyone who needs the services they perform.

I think our family has been using Coffman & Co for almost 30 years now! I trust them so much that I use them for my business. Extremely professional and organized. Timely arrivals, accurate assessments of our issues. Never "over estimating" or recommending unnecessary work. I cannot tell you how many times they have saved our family when our furnace has broken down on a winter day. Our water heater was pushing 20 years, at 10 years they had told us we were ok, but at 18 they told us it's time for a new one but my dad was stubborn, sure enough we suffered a long leak that cost us a lot of misery. If only we listened to the recommendation! I have referred all my friends and family to Coffman and will continue to do so as long as they are in business.

This company was SO very easy to work with, from day one. I had several bids from other companies, and felt that they were just trying to take my money. I do my research, and I know what the cost should be for what I wanted. When I called Coffman, I hoped this would be the last bid I'd have to do. Well, it WAS! Jake was wonderful to work with, quick to respond once I had other questions, and we chose to go with Coffman for a new furnace and A/C and whole House humidifier. When Alan and his crew came out, they were prompt, extremely courteous, efficient and clean. I was more than impressed. Alan, in particular; is such a stand up young man, who did a few extra things on our system to make it even better. I have some faith in humanity again. Thank YOU guys!!

We live in Aurora and needed routine cleaning and inspection on our air conditioner and furnace. Coffman called the day before to confirm the appointment and again the next day to say the technician was on his way. Todd arrived at the expected time and was extremely polite and professional, taking care to wear booties in our home which was much appreciated. He took time to explain what he was going to do, and then spent a few more minutes talking to us when we asked about possible options when it's time to replace the heating and AC units. No scare tactics that we have to replace right away, just a pleasant professional conversation. Excellent experience and highly recommended.
