The visit today was for my annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner. The technician, Clayton, arrived on time. He was very professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained what he had done, service wise, and answered any questions that I had. There was a part on the air-conditioner that was nearing “end of life “and he explained to me what was wrong and we discussed options. I decided to have him replace the part. He had the part with him and was able to complete it’s installation quickly. I will definitely continue to use Coffman for my heating and air conditioning needs. Clayton was fantastic and he represents your company very well!

My technician arrived on time and before he started, he explained what he’d be doing. He completed everything and then, he even fixed my thermostat that was about to fall off the wall. He reviewed everything that he did and let me know that everything was good. I have my furnace and AC checked by them every year and I recommend the annual service plan they offer. It’s a piece of mind that my furnace won’t go out on a cold winter’s night.

I've been a customer of Coffman for several years. They replaced my clunky old furnace and A/C about 9 years ago, and they have serviced them ever since. Both furnace and A/C are still working like new and have never given me any problems.
