When I awoke this morning, it was very cold. Obviously, my furnace was not working properly. I phoned Coffman and Company from whom I purchased my furnace and they were able to schedule a technician to come yet today. Clayton diagnosed the problem and clearly showed and explained what had happened. He fixed the problem and stayed to make sure that the furnace would continue to perform correctly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
